Thank you 2013…it’s been great to look back

It really doesn’t seem like 12 months since I wrote my last blog of the year in which I  shared some of the highlights in 2012. Whilst I’d enjoyed my photo adventures throughout 2012 was fun, nothing prepared me for what 2013 was to bring.

Looking back, there were some real high points which included, recognition, competitions, collaboration and new friends.  I’ve surprised myself in that I managed to blog reasonably regularly throughout the year, however, if I’ve learned one thing, it’s don’t leave it too long as catching up feels like homework, and my school days are long since a thing of the past!

I don’t feel that I need to repeat much of what has gone before, and my voice software is struggling as I have a touch of laryngitis just now, so instead, here is a selection of some of my favourite images from 2013 which have made it into my own version of my photographic honours list 🙂

To those of you I met for the first time, it was a real pleasure – I hope our paths cross again. To those who continue to feature in my world, (in particular Rachel, Tim C, Welshot and Damian) thank you all, you fill my world with fun, laughter, learning and love.

I can’t wait to see what 2014 has in store 🙂

Until next time
